Donna Harris has been married for 27 years. She is the mother of five children. Donna received her Ed.D. from the University of San Francisco in May 2008. For 11 years, Donna taught in public schools in the Evergreen School District and served as a Math and Technology Mentor, a Master Teacher, and a District Curriculum Member. She is currently the Vice President, Assistant Superintendent, and Chief Academic Officer at Valley Christian Schools in San Jose. Donna served as a missionary (two years) for Overseas Crusades in prison ministry in South America where she learned to speak Spanish. She has been a member of SBCC for 20 years and has served as Children’s Pastor, shared her gift forsinging by being a part of the choir and various ensembles, and is currently a member of the Praise and Worship Team. She enjoys reading, computer-technology, and singing.
