There will be a reception immediately following this service in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring all support items such as report cards, certificates of achievement, trophies, newspaper articles, etc. to the Fellowship Hall by 9AM on the day of the ceremony so they can be displayed during the reception. Be sure to label ALL items.

A photo of the youth is required by application deadline date. Have your name and age printed on the back of the photo.
